Stanley J. Lech is an accomplished pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare executive whose career has been centered on scientific innovation, product development and the translation of emerging technologies into meaningful healthcare products.

He has held senior research, development and innovation positions within major international healthcare organizations. Publicly available professional and industry materials identify him as a former Vice President of Global Innovation and Research & Development for GSK Consumer Healthcare and as a former Global Head of Research, Development and Innovation for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare. 

Over the course of his career, Mr. Lech has worked across pharmaceutical development, consumer healthcare, wellness, natural medicines, analytical chemistry, product formulation, licensing and business development. His leadership experience includes managing innovation across large organizations as well as helping early-stage companies move promising concepts toward commercialization.

Mr. Lech’s scientific work includes published research in pharmaceutical analysis and healthcare-product evaluation. He was a co-author of a peer-reviewed study evaluating cleansing methods for previously worn dental prostheses and was also involved in analytical research concerning the stability and measurement of glucosamine formulations.
